Pastor Elmer is an assistant pastor at Grace Words Bible Church. Prior to pastoring, P Elmer served as a registered nurse for 42 years. He graduated from Ohio Valley General Hospital School of Nursing in 1969 and then served in the US Navy Nurse Corps until 1974.
